Abstract:Drawing on the evaluation of the GROW@BU pilot, participants will learn about the coaching model adopted by Bournemouth University and gain insight into the views of students and staff on the value of using coaching behaviours to enhance academic and professional outcomes for students. Appreciative inquiry in evaluation will be explored.
