Dr. Hesami holds the position of lecturer in Accounting and Finance at Bournemouth University's Business School. With years of extensive experience and active participation in various projects, he closely collaborates with governments and intergovernmental organisations, specialising in research and policy analysis.

As a senior analyst in Public Financial Management, he specialises in evaluating the potential impacts and advantages of digital interventions within the realm of public finance.
