Biography

Greetings!

I am Nayoung (with two syllables), a lecturer in Sport Management in the Faculty of Business and Law. My research centres on cultural diversity, inclusion, and social justice in sport governance and leadership, as well as applications of systematic reviews in the field of sport management. I am particularly interested in exploring the perspectives and experiences of those who have been historically underrepresented and minoritised groups in leadership positions in sport. Currently, I am investigating the concept of diversity mindset and its impact on meaningful work among sport employees.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, staying active, and I welcome connections with those interested in my research projects and potential collaborations.
