Biography
Deborah Taylor is the Director of the MBA programme and a Senior Lecturer at Bournemouth University. Deborah joined Bournemouth University in 2010 having worked within the Investment banking and the recruitment industry. Her teaching centres on the areas of Organisational Behaviour and Leadership at both postgraduate and undergraduate levels. Research interests include Psychological Ownership, Leadership, Career and Talent Management
